'Collapsed' Navigator made visible no longer moves tooltips with the upper/lower sliders.

Please see the attached example.

If the Navigator control's Visibility is initially 'Collapsed', making it 'Visible' results in the slider tooltips no longer moving with the slider.
If initially 'Hidden', then 'Visible' it works as expected.

Hi Alan, 
Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support. 
We can move the slider tooltip when dynamically visible the range navigator by collapsing the visibility of range navigator in Loaded event of DateTimeRangeNavigator.  
We have modified the provided sample and it can be downloaded from below link,
