Strange <Enter> key behaviour

After moving from version 9 to version 13.3400 the Return key behaviour in the GridDataBoundGrid has changed. The

EnterKeyBehaviour has been set GridDirectionType.Down; The issue is that when we press the Enter key the selected cell jumps 3 rows down rather than the immediate row.
