Hi Roimer,
Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.
We have made some changes after v13.4.0.53 regarding localization support. In those versions, ej.globalize.min.js library avails as built-in within ej.web.all.min.js file. So, it is not necessary to refer it externally in the application. So, please refer to the ej.web.all.min.js and the culture file that you need in your application as mentioned below.
<asp:ScriptReference Path="~/Scripts/ej/ej.web.all.min.js" />
<asp:ScriptReference Path="~/scripts/cultures/ej.culture.es-CO.min.js" />
[aspx page]
<ej:Datepicker Locale="es-CO" runat="server"></ej:Datepicker>
All the culture-specific script files are available within the below specified location once you have installed Essential Studio in your machine.
(installed location)\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\\JavaScript\assets\scripts\cultures.
For version lower than, refer to the jQuery.globalize.min.js along with ej.web.all.min.js. and refer the globalize.culture.es-CO.min.js file in the cultures folder if you need to render our component in Spanish.
For more information, please refer to http://help.syncfusion.com/aspnet/datepicker/globalization
If the issue still persists, then ensure whether the culture specific script file is referred in the application properly and ensure that any console errors found in the page while running the sample.
