1. Are you using our ASP .net chart control or our Javascript chart?
This will help us to provide you a solution soon.

Hi Roimer,

We have analyzed your query and replicated the scenario in our sample. But we are not able to reproduce the reported issue. “onClientRangeChanged” event is working fine, when the range is changed in the range navigator. We have prepared the sample as per you requirement. Please find the sample from below location.

Sample Link: http://www.syncfusion.com/downloads/support/forum/121086/ze/Rangechanged-1690881760

In the sample we have subscribed the “onClientRangeChanged” event and in this event we have changed the zoomfactor of the chart. Please find the below code example.

Please find the below screenshots.

Before changing the range in the rangenavigator

After changing the range in the rangenavigator

Now the chart is chart is changed according to the change in the range of the range navigator.

If you still face any concern, kindly let us know by modifying the attached sample along with replication procedure. Also please provide detail about the Essential Studio version you are using.

This will be helpful for us to find and fix the issue sooner.

Please let us know if you have any concern.

Sanjith K.
