Error using EssentialGrid control v1.0.87.1 on .NET using W7 or W8 (32-bit or 64-bit) with IE8 or IE9.

Hi,

Looking for assistance with a problem in a DotNet Winforms application that utilizes third party grid control from SyncFusion (EssentialGrid).  My team and I believe the problem exists outside of our application code, somewhere between the third party grid and the winforms platform. The grid control is version v1.0.87.1.

We have a web application where some of our clients have reported an "Index was outside the bounds of the array." exception during the last 6 months. This issue occurs across multiple versions of the application while using W7 or W8 (32-bit or 64-bit) with IE8 or IE9.

This problem generally occurs while users navigate across grids with tool tips on grid cells. The grids are constantly destroyed and rebuilt during user workflows.  As each grid is built, we add tool tips to some of the grid cells. Users click various buttons and options, which constantly redraw the grids. We build multiple grid controls on the same form, and use threading to build them all at the same time for performance gain purposes.

The issue cannot be replicated on demand, but we know it occurs while building tool tips (see below). We are seeking your  assistance on how to correct . Thanks.- JL Bozek
