Here I want PDF viewer and annotation with PDF.

1. is it possible to do with this studio ?

I need above listed feature for Annotation PDF

1. Highlight text
2. Drawing with Free Hand
3. All types of text markup like squiggly lines, strikethroughs, and underlines
4. Draw basic shapes (rectangle, line and circle)

Yes, Syncfusion Essential Studio provids support for PDF Viewer and adding Annotations in PDF document and it works with Windows 8/8.1 and RT Version. This package can be can be downloaded from the below link.

Ok, mostly got.

  1. Means currently with PDF viewer at run time annotation not possible, just you can view PDF with viewer.
  2. And can generate PDF with add annotation on it.
