I want to use a toolstrip tab item(Syncfusion Ribbon control) as a toolstrip menu item(normal windows control)..

Please check it and give some idea about which control is useful to do that with the ribbon control...

We regret to let you know that currently we don’t have a support to achieve your requirement in RibbonControlAdv. But alternately we can use the contextMenuStripExt to achieve your requirement.
