I am afraid, this issue has not been reproduced in-house yet. However, a customer who had reported this issue when using version 126.96.36.199 did not see the problem in version 3.0. If you are using a version prior to version 188.8.131.52, then please try upgrading to this version. If the problem exists is version 184.108.40.206 then please send us a sample so that we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.
>we are also facing the same issue right now.

>>>We just started getting this message as well, but all of our reports write to sheet1 only, and the particular report in question is only about 500 rows, 10 columns (i.e. nothing too taxing). Any suggestions?
