Syncfusion control not working as soon at we upgraded our .Net Framework from 3.5 to 4.0 and visual studio 2008 to visual studio 2010

I am using syncfusion 6.403.0.15 in my project
In which I am using following controls
1)AutoCompleteTextBox
2) callback Panel using Syncfusion.Web.UI.WebControls.Shared.CallbackPanel
Both were working till .NET Framework 3.5 visual studio 2008
As soon as I upgrade my project to visual studio 2010 with dot net framework 4.0 above control not working in AJAX operation
In response section getting error "eParameter count mismatch."

The Ajax calls are not working ie Pan/Zoom in /Zoom out.

Looking forward for a prompt positive reply.
