Add a property to the StatusBarAdvPanel that sets the TimeZone of the LongTime or ShortTime PanelType.

As a trader, I would like to see the time in New York, London, etc. As far as I can tell, I have to create a custom text panel, and calculate the time to display.

Adding timezone to the PanelType for times would be awesome (for me, at least).
