Performance enhancement for scheduler

Case 1:

Details:  Try to drag any event and first it returns on the initial place and in a second jump to a new place. If decrease count of resources to 5, for example, it works without noticeable delay.

Use case: 
When we have a huge number of events, the crud actions will happen very slowly.


Case 2:

Try loading the 5000 events and do internal and external drag&drop operation, Scheduler getting slow.

Case 3: 
There is a delay in rendering while filtering the required data source from the resource collection from 100 resource data sources.

Case 4: When a huge number of events presents with a huge number of resources, view navigation and initial rendering process are getting slow

Case 5: When you have a large number of data on month view the whole application freezes and taking a lot of time to process. Virtual scrolling also gives the same output.
