Clicking on select/unselect all checkbox in DataGrid header row doesn't trigger RowSelected/RowDeselected

Hi,

Consider a DataGrid with checkbox selection enabled. Clicking on the select/unselect all checkbox in the grid's header row doesn't trigger RowSelected/RowDeselected events. Is this behavior by design?
