Exception occur while applying theme through SfSkinManager in OlapClient

In OlapClient control, when applying Office 2016 themes using SfSkinManager, the exception occured like "Cannot find resource named DefaultComboBoxStyle". Need to map the styles properly and ensure Office 2016 themes.
