Provision to set zoom factor to pivot chart

Currently, the zoom factor to pivot chart can be set dynamically using chartLoad event. It couldn't be achieved by setting it initially on framing the report. So, need to  provide support to set the option in initial report. As per the behavior the zoom factor can be changed dynamically by the existing event.
