Provide additional arguments in open and close event to prevent duplicate toast occurrence

Currently, we able to show a different templated toast as mentioned below UG section

In the above section, we access DOM to find existing toast element and prevent duplicate toast. To overcome DOM access, need to expose dynamically updated options or element to handle it from the application end.
