Provide options to set the size and UI behavior property for the annotations

We need to provide the following properties for any annotation:

  • MinWidth

  • MinHeight

  • MaxWidth

  • MaxHeight

  • Locked // the annotation would be visible but user would not be able to select it and do any actions related to it

  • AllowOnlyTextInput // applicable to FreeText annotation, user would only be able to select this annotation and change the text, should not be able to move, change size
