How to sort string/text column using custom alphabet defined in localization of grid?

But i also dont see custom alphabet defined in ej.culture or ej.localetexts.

Example: English alphabet ascending - A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z

Croatian alphabet ascending -

A B C Č Ć D Dž Đ E F G H I J K L Lj M N Nj O P R S Š T U V Z Ž
