Setting TimeIntervalHeight="-1" and TimeInterval="120", UWP version only uses half available height

Hi there,

I've found an issue with the SfSchedule. I've only tested it in weekview so I don't know about the others.

When setting TimeIntervalHeight="-1" and TimeInterval="120", it displays fine in Android and iOS, but in UWP it only uses half the height available.

Likewise, if you set TimeInterval="180" then it uses only a third of the available height.
