Toolbar triggers a click event, even when mouseDown triggers outside of the toolbar

Hi,

we found out, that when using the toolbar in any of the widgets e.g TreeGrid or the toolbar widget the toolbar mouse click event is triggered even when the mouse down is outside of the toolbar. For example if i press the left mouse button somewhere else and then move the mouse cursor onto a toolbar button and release the mouse button the click event is triggered, which should not happen, as it is not a regular click on the toolbar button.
