Office2019Theme - Crash Adding Panel to Ribbon with BackstageView Shown

Hi,


There is a bug in Office2019Theme that does not happen with 2016Theme.

If a RibbonPanel is Added with BackstageView Opened than you get an object NULL Exception


Please find the sample enclose.

Just open the BackstageView and Use the 2 buttons to simulate this behaivor.
