Provision to restrict unavailable members in filter settings

We can filter members through code behind and UI in pivot table. Currently, we should specify only available members in bounded raw items in code-behind to filter. If we specify any unavailable members in filter settings then component will break. Need to avoid such scenario and the component should be run by excluding the unavailable members.
