Need to consider the auto height adjustment for scheduler when enabling rowAutoHeight property

Need to consider the height adjustment of the scheduler when enabling rowAutoHeight property.
In the below sample when we collapse the resources the height of the rows not get adjust properly so we need to consider it when enabling rowAutoHeight.
