Metro Form Issues Maximising on Non Primary Monitor

picture and solution in rar file

basically it doesnt draw properly if not on primary monitor. seems to not draw on all monitors lower than primary, and seems to draw right hand side stretched on all monitors higher than main monitor.  let me know if you need anything else, but email me, dont just put a note on this support site cos i wont see it unless you tell me to look too.
