Performance issue arise while clearing larger number of selected items using clear button

Performance issue arises while clearing larger number of selected items using a clear button in multiselect. Also, this issue will not arise when we clear the selected values using selectAll property. To reproduce the issue, please follow the below steps.

1. Select all the item using selectAll 
2. Clear the selected value using a clear button
