Adding new text after rotating or flipping photo causes new text to start rotated or flipped

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open Image editor with image.
  2. Rotate or flip the photo.
  3. Add text.
Expected Results:
  • The text starts facing upwards.
Actual Results:
  • The text starts rotated or flipped.
