[UWP] Shapes and Text along the left/right borders can be moved or resized while cropping

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open Image editor with image
  2. Create a shape or text and resize or move it until it is touching the left or right border of the picture.
  3. Press the crop button.
  4. Attempt to touch the side of the shape or text that is touching the border.
Expected Results:
  • You are unable to interact with any of the objects while cropping.
Actual Results:
  • The shape or text can be moved or resized.
