[UWP] Pressing undo a lot of times in a row causes crash

Steps:
  1. Open Image editor with an image.
  2. Select the pen tool.
  3. Draw a large number of short lines.
  4. Press the undo button continuously.
Expected Results:
  • The lines that were drawn are removed.
Actual Results:
  • The app crashes.
