[UWP] Undoing pen marks of different colours requires additional undos

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open Image editor with an image
  2. Select the pen option and draw a line.
  3. Change the pen colour and draw another line.
  4. Press undo twice.
Expected Results:
  • Both lines are undone.
Actual Results:
  • Only the second line is undone. Every colour change for the pen takes an extra undo.
