I'm trying to run the Xmarin Forms SfDataForms sample, but getting build errors

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong or have something misconfigured, but I am presently unable to build the DataForms sample.  I'm on MacOs with VS Community 8.2.6-26.  Please see attached screen shot of errors.

I would also like to get a community/free license file to stop the nag screen.

Any advice would be great.
