[iOS] DataMarker LabelTemplate is not working when we collapse the visibility of series

DataMarker LabelTemplate is not working when we collapse the visibility of series in iOS.

Replication steps: 1. Add a series with DataMarker LabelTemplate 2. Add a series without DataMarker 3. Collapse the visibility of the second added series and again set visibility for series. 4. First series DataMaker LabelTemplate is not working.
