Option to reset the card view position after swiped

Currently, it is not possible to reset the position of the card view once it is swiped using "SwipeToDismiss" property. While using list view with virtualization, same list view items will be reused for better performance. Hence, while using card view as list view template, the virtualized card will look empty if the original card view is swiped. It is needed to provide option to reset the card view automatically and through API.
