Ability to pass RenderFragment to the ContentTemplate of TabItem in code-behind

Hi,

It would be desirable to be able to pass a RenderFragment to the ContentTemplate of TabItem when being created in code-behind to enable more dynamic navigation.

This may also by useful when creating DashboardLayoutPanels in code-behind as well.
