Scroll not work properly in TimelineMonth view

Case 1: When we render the time line month with selectedDate as new Date(), scroll need to move always centered at today. But currently scroll not moving to the current date.

For example: If the current date is August 29, scroll need to move to show today. But now scroller always shows August 1 which is wrong
