Child nodes collection in TreeNavigator is not retained while adding through designer

Child nodes collection are not properly maintain in TreeNavigator while adding through designer. While adding child nodes inside the collection, it working fine only when run at the time. If we close and open the designer page in visual studio, the child nodes collections not added to parent node.
