To display fieldlist icon inside pivot table when it is not included in toolbar

We can use multiple features along with toolbar options like report manipulation, summary customization, conditional formatting and Fieldlist etc. While we remove the Fieldlist icon from toolbar, it should be displayed inside the pivot table. But, in current version it is misplaced. Hence, it needs to be revised with the proper position.
