Support for VS 2019 16.3 Preview 2 & .Net Core v3.0.0-preview8

We cannot continue to develop the application, nor anyone else who has installed it now, because it is not possible to downgrade to a lower version of the Visual Studio..

For example:

Using NuGet package Syncfusion.EJ2.Blazor and Charts component in Blazor(Server-side) with Visual Studio 2019 16.3 Preview 2 & .Net Core v3.0.0-preview8.
