MS DataGridView cell value is not updated properly when looped using SplitButton click

In DataGridview, if we check and uncheck the items and looped to get the checked items is worrking properly in MS Button click. But when we looped using SplitButton click, Checked items are not listed properly and it is updated in next cell value change
