Disabled forecolor of ToolStripButton is not applied in Office2016 style with Office2016ColorScheme to White

ToolStripButton Text color is not changed when Enabled property is set to false. The Image get turns to gray , but the text always remain as Enabled. This issue occurs only in Office2016ColorScheme as White for Ribbon and it works fine in other Office2016ColorScheme.
