Targeting ES6/ES2015 breaks DiagramModule

When changing compile target in tsconfig.json from 'es5' to 'es6 or 'es2015', you get '

Uncaught ReferenceError: Cannot access 'Node' before initialization ' error. See attached image.
 

In this example your Diagram Default Functionalities Demo was used named as test.component/module.
