TreeViewColumn.CellTemplate is not set correctly when TreeViewItemAdv.IsLoadOnDemand is enabled

The CellTemplate is not applied correctly to the most top level items when IsLoadOnDemand is set to true. The subsequent child item are displayed correctly. See the attached sample.
