Freehand markup lineweight/opacity settings remembered but not applied

Steps:
  1. Open photo for edit
  2. Open freehand markup tool
  3. Change colour, lineweight, and opacity
  4. Draw markup
  5. Return to main tool bar
  6. Reopen freehand markup tool
  7. Draw something
Actual Results:
  • Colour is remembered, but lineweight/opacity apply default settings
  • Settings show previous slider positions for lineweight/opacity
Expected Results:
  • If settings show the previous selections, the previous selections should be applied
