Bumped out of markup tool on undo

Steps:
  1. Open photo for edit
  2. Open freehand markup tool
  3. Add markup
  4. Click undo
  5. Try to draw another markup
Actual Results:
  • Freehand markup toolbar disappears
  • Nothing is added to the drawing
Expected Results:
  • Tool in use should remain open and markup should be added to the drawing
Notes:
  • Doesn't appear to affect the text markup tool
  • Similar behaviour in the shape tool in that the shape under edit is deselected for edit, though the toolbar remains visible
