ToolStripDropDownButton text is clipped at the bottom when setting the following properties.

ToolStripDropDownButton properties:

TextImageRelation - ImageAboveText

DisplayStyle - ImageAndText

ToolStripEx properties:

LayoutStyle - VerticalStackWithOverflow

RibbonControlAdv properties:

RibbonStyle - Office2016 or Office2013
