While focus the Numeric control by tab and mouse action simultaneously, it gets flickering on IE 11 browser

1.Run the Online demo sample or attached below sample in IE browser

2. Focus the Numeric control by Tab key and focus another Numeric by Mouse action simultaneously. 
3. It will get flickering and could not able to edit the value.
