Make managing portal users eaiser

From "My Dashboard" how to get to the screen where I can manage user access to the portal? I've been to the screen before but it is incredibly hard to find.
I'd like to submit a suggestion that a link or something to make to more obvious be added.


Side note: I tried using the "Feedback & Questions" feature on the website to ask this questions and there is no way to submit the message. I tried both Firefox and Chrome.

I also attempt to use the chat feature and no one responded. I waiting at least 5 minute before leaving the page.
