Bullet-/Numbered lists in Minitoolbar

I select some lines and do a right click on the selection to get the Minittoolbar. The controls for Bullet-/Numbered lists ar designed to be SplitButtons. When there's no bullet choosen (None) or no numbering selected (None) and i click on the icon part of the SplitButton, the seleced text shortly flickers, it does not change to a Bullet-/Numbered lists. I first have to click on one of the dropdown arrows to choose bullet or numbering, then it works. As long as there's no bullet or numbering choosen the icon should read 'None' and be disabled or automatically opening the dropdown - or change the controls to simple DropdownButtons?
