Application crashing when houvering over URL in plain text

My version due to Visual Studio references is 17.1450.0.38, that's not listed under 'Product Version', so i choose '17.1.0.38'...

I have a content like

Some Text. More Text.

http://www.somewhere.com

More Text.

When houvering with the mouse over the line with the URL (it's NOT a hyperlink, just text) the application crashes. In Debug Mode it goes to 'Application halted', there's no exception fired...
