Eventhough there are no items bound to PivotRows, PivotColumns and PivotCalculations collections, the PivotTableFieldList is not loaded correctly. PivotTableFieldList must define all property fields based on the ItemProperties of PivotEngine. Suppose the given field is not added in any collection, atleast it should be maintained in unchecked state.
