Provide Custom String-Based Date Format Support in .NET MAUI SfDatePicker

At present, the .NET MAUI SfDatePicker supports only predefined enum-based date format options. Allowing custom string-based date formatting would enable users to specify date formats based on their application requirements. This enhancement would provide greater flexibility in displaying dates instead of relying solely on the available predefined formats.
