ColumnChooser opens incorrectly when CssClass is applied to toolbarItem in Grid ToolbarTemplate

When applying CssClass="e-cc e-ccdiv e-cc-toolbar" to a ToolbarItem, the Column Chooser does not open directly below the toolbar button as expected. Instead, it renders at the end of the grid. Previously, adding this CSS class ensured the Column Chooser aligned correctly beneath the toolbar button without requiring manual adjustments.

Step 1: Run the provided playground sample and click the Column Chooser button in the toolbar.

Step 2: Column Chooser opens at the end of the grid instead of directly below the toolbar button.
